I would protect the winding, even though the probably can take 140 degress before melting.
Use a blow torch.

Use a tight drill or something similar to tap into the center hole.
Hopefully the bearing will come out.

Dry ice / solid carbon dioxide:
Can be made using a CO2 fire extinguiser, us gloves and protect yourself with clothes and so on.
Then put a cap/hat on the hose and try catch it when you turn it on.
Aluminium plate below will pull the heat away from it.
It's shrinking.. Measuring
"Bearings should never be heated too much, even the ones without sealing. INA recommends 100°C for mounting. 120°C should not be exceeded to avoid a loss of strength of the bearing races. In most cases it is sufficient to heat one part to 100°C and to cool the other part in the refrigerator to -25°C."
